For over 17 years, we’ve been helping brides throughout Belleville, Prince Edward County, Kingston, Quinte, Northumberland, and beyond find the dress that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll guide brides through one of the most exciting shopping experiences of their lives. Every appointment is unique, and every bride deserves exceptional service, genuine care, and expert guidance.
This is a sales-focused role where building relationships and creating memorable experiences go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome brides and their guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Lead bridal appointments from start to finish.
- Learn each bride’s style, vision, and wedding plans to recommend the perfect gowns and accessories.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects the Runway Bridal brand.
- Build confidence and excitement throughout the appointment.
- Meet individual sales goals while working collaboratively with the team.
- Assist with merchandising, steaming, inventory management, and maintaining the presentation of the boutique.
- Support bridal events, promotions, and community initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a sales environment and building genuine relationships.
- Is confident, positive, and naturally enthusiastic.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Has previous experience in high end/ luxury customer service and hospitality, or other high-end sales environments (preferred).
- Has a passion for fashion and styling. Bridal experience is an asset but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
Availability
This is a part-time position requiring:
- One weekday shift each week.
- One to two weekend shifts.
- Saturday availability is mandatory.
- Sunday availability is required during our busy bridal season. (Fall/Winter)
- Flexibility to work additional hours during special events and peak wedding season is an asset.
