Yes! Prom dress shopping is by appointment to ensure you have a fitting room and dedicated space to browse and try on dresses. Appointments can be booked online and are recommended, especially during peak prom season. While we will always do our best to accommodate walk ins, we cannot guarantee availability.
Q: How much do prom dresses cost?
Our prom dress collection typically ranges from approximately $399–$999, with styles available at a variety of price points. We also offer end-of-season sales and special promotions here and there.
Q: What sizes do you carry?
Our prom dress collection includes a range of sizes from 00 - 24 to help every shopper find a dress they love. Availability varies by style, but we carry samples in a variety of sizes. We always recommend shopping early in the season to have the best selection.
Q: Can I take my prom dress home the same day?
Our prom dresses are available to purchase directly off the rack and can go home with you the same day. When you fall in love with a dress, be prepared to say Yes, as it could be gone before your next visit.
Q: Is an appointment required to try on wedding dresses?
Yes, appointments are necessary to ensure personalized attention from our experienced stylists. This dedicated time allows us to understand your vision and assist you in finding the perfect gown. You can book your appointment here.
Of course we will always do our best to accommodate walk ins, but without an appointment we cannot guarantee an option to try on.
Q: What should I bring to my prom dress appointment?
Bring any inspiration photos you love, and an open mind! Many shoppers end up falling in love with a dress that's different from what they originally imagined. Underwear is required for trying on.

Q: How far in advance should I shop for my prom dress?
We recommend shopping 3-5 months before your prom whenever possible. This gives you the best selection of styles, colours, and sizes. If your prom is coming up quickly, don't worry—we offer off the rack prom dress options for the season.
Q: Will someone else at my school have the same dress?
Possibly! We cannot control where others shop and some of our styles are from leading prom designers which make them desirable to many. Most prom committees have a social media page where dresses are posted to avoid over lap, but at the end of the day - wear what you love!
Q: How many guests can I bring to my prom appointment?
We recommend bringing 1-2 of your most supportive people. Prom appointments are most enjoyable when everyone can comfortably fit in your fitting area and help you make your decision without feeling overwhelmed.
