We are currently hiring a Part-Time Bridal & Special Occasion Stylist, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and leadership.

A Luxury Retail Experience — Not Traditional Retail
Runway Bridal is a modern, appointment-based bridal boutique serving brides and families across Belleville and Eastern Ontario for over 17 years.
This is not a typical retail position.
There is no standing at a cash register waiting for foot traffic.
Our stylists lead private appointments, build genuine relationships, provide expert guidance, and confidently close sales, all within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Every appointment is personalized, intentional, and elevated.
What This Role Involves
As a Bridal & Special Occasion Stylist, you will:

Lead bridal and formalwear appointments

Provide personalized styling advice based on vision, body type, and budget

Guide clients confidently through the sales process

Maintain luxury boutique standards and presentation
-
Manage follow-ups and appointment flow
-
Support inventory management and merchandising
-
Stay current on bridal and formalwear trends
This is a sales-focused role. Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently ask for the sale are essential.
Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission, with clear performance expectations.

Schedule Requirements

Part-time hours

Saturday availability is mandatory (Sunday’s Seasonally)

Flexibility for weekday and occasional evening appointments

Availability during peak bridal and prom seasons
Because we are an appointment-based boutique, weekends are our busiest and most important days.
