Phase 1 of the Ontario re-opening strategy begins Monday June 14th, and our first official day of appointments will begin on Tuesday June 15th.

Here is what you need to know if you are waiting to visit us.

We are able to re-open our doors to in store appointments the week of June 14th. Our store will only be able to operate at 15% capacity, which will limit your guest allowance for at least the first 42 days of being back in the store.

Please know that we have already worked through our previous cancellation list as well as our waitlist. We left voicemails and or emails for each of you that had been added to the list by request. be sure to check your voicemails!

For those of you looking for an upcoming appointment our online booking system is now OPEN and we are booking into July. 
(If you need a dress or item before July please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to fit you in.)

Please be patient with us as we work diligently on accommodating as many of you as we can with very limited capacity. 


Here are a few frequently asked questions regarding appointments.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?
Each appointment type may vary, but the details will be outlined in your booking confirmation and discussed at the time of booking. 

For bridal appointments, your maximum guests will be 2 (Yourself + 2 guests). 

At this time we will not be able to make any exceptions as we try to accommodate all of you during these times and with store capacity restrictions. This may increase by 1 person as we progress to Phase 2, but we will not know until then. (July 5th is the estimated date for Phase 2)

What if I need a dress right away and don’t have time to order?
No problem, our stylist will help you find a dress that is perfect for you right off the rack. We have been working to keep our racks full anticipating our off the rack brides. 
We also have rush options available on most dresses if needed to accommodate your order.

What are the Covid 19 re-opening protocols?
All of the details that pertain to your visit are outlined in your booking confirmation. We ask that you take time to read them ahead of your appointment and pass them along to any of your guests joining you. Of course we will be following all of the necessary precautions to keep you and our staff safe!
